Information on the right of withdrawal
The return right is the opportunity for one of the contracting parties (customer and /or seller) to terminate unilaterally a contract (for example related to the purchase of goods) without the consent of the counterparty and without incurring in penalties.
The return right is regulated by Directive # 85/577/EEC (European Economic Community) and also applies to purchases made via the Internet, however, the only end user (customer). They are therefore not included in the legislation authorized resellers and companies.
Cicli Bortolotto, in accordance with local regulations and in order to provide a quality service to its customers, defines how to use the right of withdrawal for all products purchased from the website www.ciclibortolotto.it.
The customer must notify Cicli Bortolotto, located in "Via Casilina 1115 (00133 - Rome)", within 7 days after receipt of goods, its decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating name, surname, address, telephone number, copy of purchase order data, data for the restitution of the amount (details of bank account or money order or credit card) and possible reasons for the withdrawal.
The notification must be made in one of the following ways:
- Registered mail (return receipt requested)
- Telegram
- Fax
Within the prescribed period (7 days), the customer must return to Cicli Bortolotto all the products covered by the withdrawal, in perfect condition in original packaging and complete with all accessories may be supplied at the time of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Within 30 days receipt of the returned product, Cicli Bortolotto will endeavor to credit the purchaser the sum paid, reduced by any incidental expenses (cost of delivery and / or charge on delivery).
Payment will be made in the manner specified by the customer when notice of the withdrawal.
